Below you'll see screenshots of the original, click on each to see the new version. AS-Osaka is not a port of the original, rather a completely new map with the same setting. They affered entirely valid criticism and some praise for the map which I appreciate and is the hallmark of a good review. Review [Link][1 comments][Karma: 22 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 06/15/2004 03:07AM I have released my first Unreal Tournament 2004 map. AS-Damnation [Link][comments?][Karma: 20 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 03/09/2004 12:22AM A rare update, I know. But an important one. KSOUR has been released for public consumption. Hope you like it. http://maps.mrsucko.org/ksour [Link][2 comments][Karma: 29 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 09/17/2003 6:57PM DrunkenGun has seen fit to release Castle Argh 3. KrunchyWater worked on the entity set and I had the honor of doing a bit of texture work for the map, and I hope I did it justice. Nice work DG and KW. Download it here [Link][comments?][Karma: 24 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 09/01/2003 7:39PM My boss and co-imp have just returned from ECTS in London. Among the standard vacation photos were a few shots of people playing Postal 2 Multiplayer at the show, each photo showing one of the six maps I have made for it so far. Like this one for example. It's really cool to see your work displayed and enjoyed like that. I don't consider it a Zouave forum so much as a generic level design forum. But if anyone wants to post on it, be my guest. It scored me as a 138 IQ and classified my Intellectual Type as a Visionary Philosopher. Kinda hard to put too much stock in an online IQ test, but even so it's nice to see I'm not as dumb as I act. :0 [Link][3 comments][Karma: 24 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 07/13/2003 10:49PM Creek_X is done. The revision fixes a few known bugs and features a total facelift for the aging map. I also threw in a few twists to the gameplay, so it should all be good. Creek_X [Link][comments?][Karma: 22 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 07/11/2003 10:05PM The newly revised version of Creek (hereafter Creek_X) will be released this weekend. Stay tuned to this location for more information [Link][comments?][Karma: 24 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 07/01/2003 10:15PM I've just completed a pretty good revision to Creek to bring it a bit up to date and fix a few things to improve suitability for league play. Screenshots will be coming soon. So if you're looking for a place to play it, give them a try. Thanks Cuthbert [Link][2 comments][Karma: 17 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 06/18/2003 1:25PM Crouching Medic Hidden Flag is a new attack/defend map in the same vein as Cornfield and Palermo. This one is smaller in size and intended for 5v5 play. Downloads and Screenshots are available here. [Link][2 comments][Karma: 22 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 06/17/2003 4:18PM After being put through the ringer by the [SN] crew among others (thanks for the assistance to all of you), the new 5v5 A/D map should be released presently. Just cleaning up a few odds and ends first. [Link][1 comments][Karma: 17 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 06/13/2003 7:56PM Unique is not synonymous with good, or even desirable. Okay, so nothing gets my goat faster than grasping at straws to justify something you did or defend a bad decision. Calling it "unique" is good when you mean, there should be more like it. If you're using it to describe why people dislike it, there's a problem, and it is not uniqueness. [Link][1 comments][Karma: 20 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 06/07/2003 9:26PM Alrighty then. Since the updating part of this website just got several times easier for me, it should follow that updates will be more frequent as well. I'll probably bring the rest of the site into this format as time permits. First off, let me point to the map Pointe Du Hoc. It was released some time ago but no formal announcement was ever made here, so consider this it. [Link][2 comments][Karma: 16 ( + / - )] Posted by Zouave on 06/06/2003 12:27AM This is to see if the damned entries keep indenting for some reason or if they'll come to their senses and straighten out.
